Beginnings

Hello,
This is my first post and I would like to say thank you for taking the time out to look at it. I'll start with the basics my name is Lavell Wesley.

(That's me. I know not the most original or inspiring picture, but me none the less.)

So a little about me and the purpose of this blog:
I am a 23 year old Entrepreneur major looking to transfer to Engineering. My goal as of right now is to get through school and earn my degree in civil engineering. I go to Bunker Hill Community College.

I know, leaves a lot to the imagination. Just Imagine that everyone has jet packs, more than accurate.

 Well over the past few years of my academic endeavors I have come to a serious realization... I'M BROKE! I wouldn't be able to afford school even if I wanted to. I know it was major news to me too. Well I decided to try and do something about that. I have never been the kind of person to just out right beg for help so I want to work for it.    

Here is what I am going to do for a little help to get me through school. Are you ready? Can I get a drum roll please? No drum roll? Oh... Okay. Well I might as well say it. I am going to ride a bike across the country from my hometown of Revere, Ma (you know, that place with um roast beef?)  to San Francisco, CA. 

I plan on doing this by May of 2015 Summer 2017 (when I Transfer) for two reasons. 1) To get my fat body in shape and 2) To actually wrap my head about what the hell I am about to do.

So that is all I can think of posting right now. Hopefully someone shows pity on my poor soul and will follow this.
